Conditions for Return
Return Request Timeline
Online orders must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Original Condition Required
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Return to Same Marketplace / Region
Returns must be initiated from the same marketplace or region where the purchase was made.
Registered Users
Logged-in users can submit return requests directly from the Returns section in their profile.
Package Pickup
After approval, our courier partner will pick up your package within 24–48 hours.
No Printing Required
No label printing is required. The courier will carry the return label.
Return Fee
₹100 will be deducted from the refund as a return & courier handling charge.
Refund Policy
Processing Refunds
Once the returned item is received and verified, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer only
- Payment confirmation may take up to 5 working days
- Providing bank details is mandatory for COD refunds
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 24–48 hours after reaching our facility. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.
Refund Timeline
Refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account depending on your bank. If delayed, please contact your bank with the confirmation email.
