Conditions for Return
Return Request Timeline

Online orders must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Original Condition Required

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

Return to the Same Marketplace/Region

Returns must be made within the same marketplace or region where the original purchase was placed.

Registered Users

If you have an account, please submit your return request through the Returns section of your profile.

Package Pickup

After the return request is submitted, our courier will pick up your package from your selected address within 24–48 hours.

No Printing Required

You do not need to print a label. The courier will bring the return label.

Return Fee

A flat ₹100 return/courier charge will be deducted from your refund for pickup and handling.


Refund Policy
Processing Refunds

Once we receive and verify your returned item, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Cash on Delivery Orders
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer after payment confirmation is received.
  • Payment confirmation typically takes a minimum of 5 working days.
  • If you provide your bank details during the return process, all refunds for that order will be issued only via bank transfer.
Processing Time

Returns are processed within 24–48 hours after the package reaches our facility. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is initiated.


Refund Timeline

Refunds may take up to 14 days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time. If more than 14 days have passed and you have not received your refund, please use the confirmation email to contact your bank and expedite the process.
